Current & Alumni Families:

Families currently or previously enrolled in Manito Co-op, please use this link: FAMILY PORTAL.

Click on FORMS and complete the Registration 2024-25 form.

 

New Families:

Families new to Manito Co-op (not currently enrolled), please use this link: REGISTER HERE.

 

If the class is full, you are welcome to join the wait list! Our enrollment coordinator will contact families to confirm class registration/assignment status.
 

All children who are attending will need to meet our minimum age cut off by August 31st and have a current immunization records on file at Manito Co-op.
